Payment methods Our normal payment method is by credit or debit card via our secure online shopping basket, however, if you wish to use another form of payment, please contact us using the details provided on our 'Contact Us' page.
VAT Items delivered to addresses within the European Union are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices are shown excluding and including VAT. All orders for delivery within the EU will show this charge calculated and displayed on-screen before you are asked finally to confirm your order.
Import taxes Please note that we are not responsible for any duty or import tax which may be charged on items on arrival in any country. All responsibility for the legality of importing any items to any country rests with the customer.
Returns We have carefully selected the products we sell and are confident that you will be completely happy with any item you order. If however a problem arises, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Shipping All goods are shipped at our risk, but any damage or loss must be notified within 48 hours by e-mail, or telephone. You should always sign for deliveries as "UNOPENED". It is very rare for damage to occur, but if you find something in your package damaged, keep the packaging and sign for the loss/damage and notify us immediately. We will then contact you regarding a replacement or reimbursement.
Availability & Substitutions If we are unable to supply the product you order within our normal timescale, we will normally contact you for further instructions.
Changes and cancellations If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that certain orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
